5'8m, went from 176 pounds to 145 over the summer. I'm skinny fat as fuck, gross to look at. Mainly belly and man boobs. Slight gyno (diagnosed) doesn't help.
I've never been to a gym before and I have no idea at all what I should be doing to achieve my goal.
The main focus is definitely going for abs and a more defined, less fat/flabby chest.
What do you recommend I do?
