Like most Asians, I'm lactose intolerant. And ever since i found out that dairy gives me awful gas, i've cut that shit out of my life completely. But whey protein is giving me some smelly gas again, and i haven't had this in a year or more. I am not a fan.
how do i resolve this.

a quick google yields that i should go for whey isolate, which would decrease the lactose in the product.

Hydro whey, usually in intra-workout products, is supposed to be better for people with stomach issues.
