Like most Asians, I'm lactose intolerant. And ever since i found out that dairy gives me awful gas, i've cut that shit out of my life completely. But whey protein is giving me some smelly gas again, and i haven't had this in a year or more. I am not a fan.

how do i resolve this.

is this my life now.

I take whey protein because it's easier to meet the protein goal per the day without going over the kcal mark.
