Aight so I need a little help with something. My diet is amazing, I hardly cheat and I stick to only what I need. The issue is I'm inconsistent as fuck.
I have to eat 4 oz of chicken and 1 1/2 cup of rice 4 times a day, not including my breakfast or my night time shake. It's getting insanely hard to fit these meals into my daily schedule and I'm missing them because of it which leads to what I'd think is a stall in progress. What do?
Also the fact that choking that shit down each time is taxing enough
