What is the best approach to gain weight for someone who is skinny and currently not working out?
Im 6ft 2 and cant gain weight worth a fuck no matter what my diet is. Burgers, milkshakes, mcdonalds, all month long all day long and nothing, infact at some points id lose weight.
Recently ive stopped working out, and even more recently ive been drinking every day and sitting my ass at home, the only time id move is to open the door for delivery.
I dont eat much, maybe 2 medium sized meals a day and then down a 6 pack or a liter of whiskey and or vodka throughout the night. After a month of doing this i've gained 20 pounds. Have i gotten so lazy and drank so much that i've slowed my metabolism dramatically? It used to take me all year long to gain this much weight when i was working out, and ive suddenly done it in a month without even trying.
