Why do you guys tell people to squat and deadlift when all they really want is to look like pic related? 99% of people who come here don't ever want to go on stage or compete in powerlifting competitions, they just want to be lean and have vanity muscles.

Standard brosplit or PPL, do high reps lower weights (3 sets 12-15 reps). Go really slow on all the lifts and really feel the muscle burn.

Muscles grow when recovering. So training a muscle once a week or training 6x a week doesn't give you much time to recover and brosplit is tooo much time to recover.

just do a fucking upper lower like Lyle's GBR, and replace the squats with leg press because you apparently can't be fucked to do squats or deadlifts (SLDLs/RDLs are in that routine, conventional DL is not)

I think I'll still deadlift because it's pretty big dick to throw a load of weight around, and works the back kinda well. Aside from that I'm just gonna do upper body stuff though and cut down to retard low bodyfat. Pretty sure 99% of aesthetics is just being lean
