Really need your help /fit/

About 2 weeks ago or so, I began to feel this pain in my right knee and the tendon on its right side when squatting. Sometimes, It gets so bad it makes me audibly say "ouch". This is really fucking with my squats. I have a heavy leg day tomorrow and I'm scared.

I feel like If I just go to the doctor, he'll tell me to stop lifting for a while. What do?

Does anyone have any alternatives? I don't wanna fuck my legs up tomorrow. What exercises could I do? Shall I just do hypertrophy instead at a really low weight/really high reps? I'm doing SS btw.

Go easy tomorrow, do some light weight volume sets. Or don't go at all. Either way, I would recommend setting up an appointment with an sports medicine/orthopedic doctor so they can get you set up with an MRI. I'm going to go ahead and say you have a partial LMT.
