Is it all in vain? Is my frame useless? Or can I expect to see good results a year down the line? Not trying to reach Dorian Yates levels but still determined to improve my physique.

Man I had your frame, fuck me it's almost identical. When I turned 25 I started broadening out further. Now at 28 I'm quite broad. there's hope yet mate. I wish I hadn't wasted all those years as a fucking twig, go get lifting.
