Finding out I have anterior pelvic tilt has really been fucking with my head.
Today's been my 10th gym session ( skinny DYEL ) and had a shit time because all I could think about was my hip and fucking up my lower back. I had to do OHP today and I messed it up so bad I failed my reps and felt most of the pressure in my damn legs for some reason. Is my ass supposed to stick out when I'm locking my arms up? Or is that just my APT acting out? Am I supposed to stick my ass out when I'm squatting now or is that gonna make my APT worse?
Are there any guides to modify exercises depending on this? Should I record my form next time and submit them here?
