I think I've fucked up, I've been cutting eating about 1000kcal per day and gone from 210 to 198 lbs in a month and just read about metabolic damage, there are still 10 more lbs to go and if what I read is true I'm gonna bounce back like a motherfucker once I up my calorie intake.

Can't really say since I don't know too much about metabolic rate and all that jazz but I'm fairly certain that you're fine and 1000cal deficit isn't going to do much in the long run to that effect aside from losing fat.

People "bounce up" because they get back to their shity eating habits once their reach their weight goal, dont be stupid and once you reach it calculate your TDEE and make a slow bulk or maintain (according to your goals)
