Genuinely, take a walk right before bed 15-20 minutes. That always helps me get over.

I have weird repetitive dreams and I roll over the same way at the same point in the dream all night and I'll half wake up during it and in the morning it just feels like I haven't slept at all. I also get really restless legs, but these things help. I thought they'd be a waste of money but they seem to make me not feel as restless and they calm me down a bit.
might be some kind of placebo because I haven't looked into whats in them, but idgaf

I've taken this on and off since 2007, and for a year or so, at least once a week. https://www.vitaminshoppe.com/p/sleep-support-60-capsules/vs-2166?mr:trackingCode=A02A5D84-C9E0-E511-80ED-00505694403D&mr:referralID=NA&sourceType=sc&source=SHOP&acqsource=adlucent&utm_source=Shopping&utm_medium=CSE&utm_campaign=the%20Vitamin%20Shoppe&utm_content=VS-2166&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIwojimYrr1QIVBYppCh16fw4LEAQYASABEgLoXfD_BwE
What if my body stops making melatonin on its own?
