arms mostly
the first day was really bad (I couldn't straighten out my arm) but now it's mostly my upper arms
legs have it to. i can't even do a bodyweight squad right now

doms are best cured by lifting light the following day. so stop being a poosy and go lift.

Pretty much this. Just work through it.

best thing you can do its go and lift anyway, dont forget to warmup also
