Yeah, you're right - this time it will be easier. I just feel overwhelmed with how much I've lost. Also my new job will be challenging with the added intense doms from the conditioning phase.

Don't go too hard for the first few weeks, focus on stretching to get you in the mood. Your tendons will not be strong but you feel you can go much heavier.

I've done this plenty of times over the years and I will probably do it many more times. Mainly go from 70kg to 90kg @ 6 foot. It's a good challenge and the mental gains from not eating are superior for me.

you improve in increments, never go above 15% bf, daily routine works best for me even if it just something small.

You're looking at it backwards. It's not about how much you had before its about improving on what you have now; from that perspective you should have even more motivation now as you have much more to gain. Also muscle memory is very real, your gains will come back much more quickly than the first time.
