Ok, here is some basic advise for you when it comes to sleep
1. Make a morning routine. It could be anything, really. For me its go brush my teeth, shave, take a cold shower, meditate, breakfast, go run in the park/cycle, but it doesnt have to be the same for you.
2. Make an evening routine. Same shit as no.1
3. Put away your screens before going to sleep.
4. Dont use caffeine for waking up. The dumbest thing you can ever do. Just dont.
Thats all you really need.

One addition to this. The first 3-4 days of waking up earlier and going to bed sooner is going to suck. You'll likely spend alot of time awake in your bed before your brain adjusts to the new rythm.

Half the time when I do this I get up and walk across the room to turn it off, then walk back to bed and go to sleep again. When I wake up later I forget that it even happened and think "wtf didn't I set an alarm?" It's like I'm a different person.

Stay up all night, go to sleep around 8pm next day, set alarm for 6-7am.

Next night go to bet at 10-11 and set alarm for 6-7-8. It's really not that fucking hard
