Anyone tried this? I have a single wife garage in my townhouse and need to charge my car overnight, so I can't dedicate my garage exclusively to equipment.
Thinking of this and then plates on either side and a mount for a bench and oly bar.

no safeties. so you may as well be using H stands. those have the benefit of not being bolted down to your fucking wall

get a motorcycle
What's a single wife? She cucks you?

Seems like it should work, lifting weights aren't so heavy that proper wallmounts couldn't hold them up.
What kind of car do you drive? Thinking about selling off my current car and buying a Model S.
>charge my car overnight
Never mind answered my own question.
> charge my car overnight
Go to the dr and have your test levels checked.

I have a Volt. Great car and I haven't used more than 6 gallons of gas since I got it. I'd like a model 3 and will likely get one once they hit the market used and the price drops. 45 miles is plenty of range for my driving habits already, though.

What's your monthly electric bill?

think i'll wait for zinc air batteries to become mainstream before taking the plunge

Electricity is $.11/kw here in the summer and $.08 in the winter. Usually doesn't go above $70 unless it's ungodly hot. I keep the windows open in the summer and wear sweaters in the winter.
Charging really has a negligible impact overall. Maybe $15-18 a month if I charge solely at home and didn't use the work chargers.

Volt would be nice, but unfortunately I live in Houston. The amount of driving living here requires makes purchasing a Volt self-defeating lol.
