But the thing is when i was young i was skinner but still had wide hips so i dont think my body loses weight proportionally if i do full biddy exercises

when you start losing fat its going to look like youre losing fat in places where you dont store as much faster (ie your upper body wont be very fat but your hips might still be fat), but that's mostly because you have more fat stored on your hips than your upper body. if you keep going youll start losing it on your hips. just keep going. think of it this way, you cant look as bad as you do now unless you get fatter
