I've put on some fat from bulking the last few months and I'm trying to burn it off now, but I'm constantly really hungry and making no weight loss progress, I'm also weak and unable to make my sets. Anyone experienced this? Do I need to optimize more for protein or something?
Have you been counting calories and actually tracking macro intake? What kind of a deficit are you running?

Lol no, I'm just eating like 10% less by eyeballing it and also switched to skim milk from 1%, increased my fruit intake
