Is there such thing as the healthiest weight for your size?
I recently lose some weight and I'm trying to figure out exactly what is the healthiest weight for a 20 year old male whose 5'10.
I know 10-20% body fat is a rough estimate but I need a certain weight to try to go for before I can start bulk/cut.
I was 280lbs+ at my heaviest and I'm 190lbs right now, any idea on what I should drop down too?
Would fuck 1 and 4..the rest have the face of a man.

I'm 5'7 165lbs 13%bf with decent mass. I'd say between 160 and 190 depending how much muscle you have. Between 10 and 20% bf is a huge range.

There are only 2 ways to get so big that its unhealthy
1. Stupid dosages of drugs(pro bodybuilders for example)
2. Being a fat cunt
If you are neither, congratulations, you have no reason to worry about being too big. Keep lifting, keep doing your cardio, keep eating well and enjoy your time in gym. If you are too bored with gym, you can add in some work on rings and different calisthenics shit. Enjoyment is key

I'm 5'7 as well but only ~137lbs currently trying to bulk up. Could you post a picture to see what 5'7 looks like at 13%bf and 165lbs? Was thinking that 155lbs would be as high as I could go and look lean and proportional.
