There's a pt at my gym who does an exercise I'm not familiar with and I'm just wondering if someone could tell me what it is. Basically he stands up on a box holding a kettlebell, and bends forward with his back curved. I'm guessing it's for spinal decompression or something but I'm not sure. Drew an amazing image to demonstrate.
