How do people manage to do workouts with six or more exercises? I am doing SS and just doing 3 lofts and some accessories takes like 90 minutes. Do people just have really long workouts?

Don't take 5 minute rests

Nobody actually works out at the gym. They are either just looking in the mirror or talking to a thot.

Which should I do:
Decrease rests and accept I will fail more often
Or
Decrease rests and preemptively deload

Never deload preemptively unless you feel an injury coming on or have spent a few weeks out of the gym.

>what is work capacity
And you're also not lifting a new PR every session like you are on a linear progression program.

What is work capacity? Genuinely want to know.

M w f is just too much for my 35yr old self.
Is it okay to rest for two days like
M th sun w sat. Tues, etc
It's called lower rest. If you don't train for strength, you do higher reps with lower weight and shorter rest periods (30 sec to 2 minutes depending on the exercise).

35 isn't old enough for that kind of thinking. The only difference between 35 and 30 or late 20s is that you need more sleep.
