You've got to help me /fit/. Last one was taken last year October and right one today. Keep in mind, I had stopped working out from October to late January, and then once again from May 19th to July 3rd because of money and job problems.
I am now in a financial position to where I will not stop working out and I can keep going to the gym on a regular routine. My lifts have gone up, but my body still looks like shit, do I keep on bulking and stick to my routine? Do I switch routines? Help me.
Routine:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Sitting OHP 3x5
Bicep curl 3x5
Dumbell press 3x10
Incline dumbell press 3x10
Tricep pull down 3x10
Pulley row 3x10
Dumbell lateral raise 3x10

upgrade your diet, get a routine that trains all the muscle groups in your body, and then realize your genes suck and you'll never be aesthetic

umm replace your incline and reg dumbell press, with normal bench press, also include squats and deadlifts. Youre mostly doing accessory work.

I can't get rid of dumbbells because one day of my work out days I have to do at planet fitness so no barbells there.
