/fit/ I just binged and don't really wanna make myself throw up since there are guests here. Will a day of fasting kill my gains? I have squats/legs tomorrow, would it be bad if I still did my workout but didn't eat?

save this and look at it next time

It wasn't binge-food though, really. I just got really hungry for carbs and had 1500kcals of oatmeal and honey. It's a vicious cycle though, I know from experience that it'll be harder to eat at my cutting amount than it would be to just not eat and get back on the horse in a day or two. Again though I really don't want to hinder my gains.

Just use it as motivation to keep disciplined in the future.

This isn't necessary
Next time, look at the food you're about to binge on, grab the fattiest part of your body you can and squeeze it
That's your reminder

Unless you are already on a high-carb diet, none of that was stored as fat. Most people are chronically undercarbed, especially on a cut.
There are a number of studies I could bring up of random people eating 2000 calories of rice, pasta, corn or refined sugar and gaining 0-1g of body fat. Again, people are undercarbed.
