It's time to lose weight and get ripped.

I'm 28 years old, 6'1, 220 pounds (probably at least 30 pounds overweight).

I'm not obese, and I have a decent muscle base I think (bench 225, squat 275, deadlift 275) but I've just always been kind of on the fatter side.

No more, I spent the past 4 years starting up a business and now I'm basically financially independent. Not going to live life in a cocoon of fat anymore. Join me on this journey, faggots.
