Hey /fit/, been powerlifting for some months now. The more pictures I take, the more fucked up my posture looks. What's wrong with it and how do I fix it? If I keep lifting will it balance itself out or should I see a specialist?

Are you doing enough rows? Rear delts?
Also it's important to train those smaller muscles like rotator cuffs, rhomboids, etc which are very often forgotten.
Note that poor posture is because of overdeveloped/underdeveloped muscles in your body. Post a side pic and we could crack down what your problem really is.

Yeah I do rows and pull ups once or twice a week. I'm doing stronglifts 5x5 so it depends. And heres a side picture.
you have scoliosis thats why your right hip dents in like that. there is nothing you can do about it but surgery. Learn to live with it and lamar gant on people

we'll it doesnt look that bad. You might have a slight anterior tilt if that is your natural posture.
Try strengthening your glutes with hip thrusts, and also do some abductor + adductor machines.
I had a small anterior tilt and my lower back just felt crippled all the time especially after doing deadlifts. After 2 weeks of training my glutes the tilt went away and I feel much better now. But that does not mean I will stop training my ass. I regret not training them before.

That's exactly what I feel after deadlifts, I'll try strengthening my glutes, I'm homegymmasterrace so I don't have access to those machines but I'm sure there's a way to train those. Thanks alot!
