Since I'm a lazy neet faggot on TRT and Tren I was wondering if I could do PPL every single day. As in, Pull in the morning, Push in the afternoon, and Legs in the evening. I'm cutting currently but still seeing strength gains, and feel fucking great again ~2-3 hours after working out. What do?

you could but why not just do compounds at that point and hit everything in a single session instead of going to the gym 3 times a day? or try UL. PPL every single day will burn you out super fast if you are cutting.

Because if I do compounds back to back I won't perform nearly as well on the later lifts, and would miss out on all the accessory work I currently do on PPL. I have a home gym so there's no problem going 3 times a day. I think I'll just try it for myself and see what happens.

what later lifts? you pick 1 compound for a day and then pick 2 hypertrophy body parts and do them. best of both worlds. you should hit each body part 2-3 times a week with volume and increase your main lifts
