Hey guys, I never lurk on here but I was wondering if you guys could help me start getting /fit/
I just restarted my gym membership, and I plan on working 4 days a week.
(I have gym class on tuesdays and I work on the weekends)
I'm about 178 cm tall and weigh about 86 kg, so I'm overweight. My friends all work out, and they say that I should drop down to about 75 kg first, and then start gaining from there while building muscle.
Thoughts?
Could anyone here help me make a routine? I'll provide body pics if I have to, but for everyone's sake I'd rather not.
