cook chicken breast tendies (skinless boneless raw, not actual tenders) in a pan. put 1 tsp of oil in the pan, 2 tsp on top of the chicken. make sure you put like garlic salt, pepper, etc. on the chicken, then cook it for 10 minutes, flip it, cover it, turn the heat down, cook it for another 10

Buy whatever is on sale this week; minced meat, chicken, pork. Cook it in oven with spices and other tasty not-so-unhealthy things. Put in a wrap with lots of veggies and some sour cream.
