Is drinking protein shakes a bad thing if I'm not lifting weights?
I injured my shoulder and can't do squats/bench/anything really and I decided to get on a cut during this time. Only problem is I'm getting light headed due to protein deficiency, is protein shakes justified in this case?

Why bother posting if you're doing it from a mac?

bro, is eating food bad if you live?
It's literally just food. It's fine.

Injury + Protein = better healing
Protein powder + water/milk = refreshing beverage that can act as a nice meal.

protein powder is the dried filterd water thats left from making cheese.
protein deficiency seems unlikly unless your eating very little in general count your intake you might discover your starving yourself(might really be a protein definacy its )
you can also eat other foods to get protein

I am counting my intake. I'm eating 2000 cals a day and was only getting about 20-40g of protein when I should have been eating 180-200g. Felt like absolute dogshit.
Thanks for the advice tho.

This is a good way to lose gains. You already lose muscle mass while lifting through a cut, cutting while not lifting is a death sentence for your muscles.
