Hit me with your meal prep diets. I'm trying to create a meal plan and I'm looking for the sort of thing I can make in bulk and have that serve as most of my food for the next few days. Bonus points if it's around 3000 Calories.

Cook up some protein and carbs in isolation and then every meal is just a mix and match of something from the protein group, the carb group, and some produce or leafy greens I don't even count the nutritional content of.
