I habe this acne, which is not on surface, but below the skin. Skin really gets better when I stop completely touching my face but thata not the solution.

When these undsrskin acne pop, its looks like little acne but when you squeze it tons of white/brownish liquid comes out and then blood. Its always like that, liquidy.

I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

get a good deep cleaning soap and a exfoliation one and wash your face with both at least once a week, not more than twice
get a hydration cream and apply to face everyday after washing before sleeping, after doing this my skin become much cleaner and softer too, my beard grow without ingrowing hairs too

Same here, fuck this weird underskin acne. But mine don't pop or anything
How do I get rid of this shit? I tried a bunch of stuff aside from starting to buy shit like accutane, which I'd like to avoid if possible.
