Man, this is how fuckarounditis starts. If you're making noob gains, which means rapid gains, don't fucking change a thing until it stops working.

You probably have a point man. My main thought at the moment is why am I doing what I'm doing. Is it really going to benefit me in the long run. Why do I want to be muscly,
My goal is to be fit and a strong human but is this really the path I should take?
I know I'm chatting shit but I need some guidance/motivation...

>seeing progress but changes
The biggest newbie mistake there is
>>42578203
>girls
>self-esteem
>to not be weak
>nothing better to do
>shitposting privileges on /fit/
I think that sums it up

Not OP, but thanks for this. I'm totally new to lifting and loving those noob gains.

Lifting weights elevates heart rate, you'll condition and have better cardiovascular fitness over time if you keep the intensity up. "Fit" is subjective.
You will have fuckarounditis, the routines are written how they are and look into it rather than thinking "I want to change something because I don't know why". Lifting weights with proper eating will get you looking bigger, being stronger and being fitter than if you weren't.
If you want to be a distance runner, go be a distance runner etc. If you want to look better, feel better and be in better health then lifting gives you the best of the 3 to the average person.
Stay on GSLP for at least 6/12 months, bulk and cut where necessary and get strong. If you decide lifting isn't for you then don't do it, if you wanna keep lifting then decide what you want more, to continue getting a lot stronger or go for more physique goals with bodybuilding route.
