how can i make my DUMB FAGGOT CHEST grow more? i've been lifting for 11 months, the past 6 of which i've been taking """seriously.""" can't do flat/decline bench because of some undiagnosed injury, but i can incline bench (at 20 degrees) 155 4x8. ive tried doing chest flyes and they did fuck all. pic related.

ive been stuck at 155 4x8 for like 2 months now. i've tried grinding through it and a few different ways of breaking through the plateaus (dropping weight and adding reps/sets, upping weight, etc.) and none of it works. im eating 2600 cal/day and 100+ grams of protein a day.

Probably AC joint sprain or inflammation, look it up.

If you have an issue with benching you are going to need to get it addressed. Maybe you need some Graston technique. I did that when i had a bad left pec for most of my life and it basically cured the knot that was causing all the issues.

have you tried doing pushups? Do like 120/day, 4 sets of 30. your arms/shoulders and lats look nice but you need more core/obliques/chest for sure, planks and side planks are great for that

no pics of legs but they're fat so you can't really see definition. right now i'm squatting 230 4x8 or 255-260 3x6.
