Considering purchasing adjustable dumbbells that go up to a total of 200lb total. I currently only do barbell workouts at the gym. Are there any good full body dumbbell routines out there? Can I replace squats and deadlifts with weighted pistol squats and single leg stiff leg deadlifts?
Not trying to be a powerlifter, just trying to get stronger.
Barbell squats and DLs can't really be compared with DB squats and DLs. DBs would cover your chest, shoulders, arms, traps and lats but most of the time barbells are better
Why do you want to go dumbbells only? Not enough space/money for a home gym?
