I'm finally getting better and of course can't wait to get back in the gym. My question is tho: is it more efficient to bulk and then cut? Or cut and then clean bulk?
I have about 13% bf right now and would like to have a lean bod with defined muscles but have a hard time deciding which route to go. I've been on a little bit of fast from laying in bed all day so I could do with some cutting
