I was hyped for that one since there are hardly any vids of Sarychev giving advice. Baldy wasted the opportunity by asking him really general stupid questions and mostly talking himself. Also its a shame none of the other american youtubers like Mark Bell or CWS did a vid with him while he was on vacation in the USA. such a shame

I split squats and deads on different days so I can perform better on them (not getting tired from one to the other), and to get two lower body days a week
