is it better to do strength training and cardio or hypertrophy and cardio for maximum fat loss? is there something better? this is of couse in addition to a calorie deficient. atm im a fitFAT dyel of 210lbs been on a bulk for a bit after non-gyming for 2 months. trying to get to sub 16% body fat
