i do everything from dips to skull crushers pull ups spider curls etc you name it

anon do burnout sets start at your highest curl weight then do as many reps as possible drop by 10 to 5lbs (your choice) till you hit 5lb. rest for 2 minutes do it again for 3 sets. they fucking WORK your biceps will burn but they grew fast as fuck

what's your routine, and how much time have you been lifting? If you say less than 6 months, then stop crying. If not, depending on the amount of volume your workout has, you could add some isolation exercises.
