Beginner here. I did some dumbbell pullovers 8 days ago and my arms have felt very sore when I bend them behind my back/head since last Sunday.
I guess I got an inflammation or something but it should be gone now?
What do?

PS I certainly did not rep too hard, I didn't even break a sweat since I just wanted to TRY the dumbbell pullover.

In my case they got serious after 48 hours and the next 48 hours were the worst.

Lifted for 3y straight, took an 8 months break to travel, just came back last week and lifted baby weight.

It lasts over a week, and you only get it the first time for those muscles unless unless you stop lifting for a few months again.
