Is there any point in doing Arnold's routine if you

The routine Arnold used later in life, detailed in his Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding, has shit tons of volume, I believe it's ABABAB. It's not necessary to do so much if you're not cycling.

The routine Arnold shared in Bodybuilding.com, his so-called Blueprint, is fucking fantastic, but it also has tons of volume and though you don't need to be cycling you DO need to be eating and resting like it's your job or you won't be able to keep up.

Finally, Arnold's original routine, his Reg Park routine which he did for 4-5 years as a teenager, can be done by anyone and is quite respectable and should yield great results regardless of cycle.

Keep in mind that Arnold was a gifted athlete and powerlifter: he OHP 185lbs when he was 15 or 16 years old. He powerlifted a LOT as a teenager and claims that this is what gave the foundation to his muscle which he later refined with volume.

To this day, Arnold says that once ever couple weeks you should do a pure powerlifting day, a couple hours of deadlifts, squats, clean and presses, bench, all with very heavy weights and long rests.

Arnold started roiding with 15/16 and if you roid you don't need any form of rest day or you can lift once a week and you still grow 4 times more muscles and strength like a natural with perfect training and genetics. Steroids are literally magic pills who can grow you muscles and strength without doing anything at all (but then it's only 2 times stronger and more muscular than a natural).
