Anybody have a noticeable spike in their sex drive after beginning a regular workout routine?
I've been lifting every other day for the last month, and all of a sudden its like 90% of my thoughts have become about sex.
I feel like I'm just hitting puberty for the first time or some shit.

It does feel pretty nice.
One downside is that I'm lifting on a deficit, and along with wanting to fuck everything in sight I also want to eat everything in sight. And not in the normal "snacky" way. It feels animalistic. Like for a split second I was eyeballing raw ground beef.

Those fucking feels
First year of lifting, through the roof.
Then I cut hard and have stayed around 6-8% BF.
Sex Drive tanked. Now I only want to fuck a girl once for that first-time high. After that, there's almost no interest, half the time if I have them over again I can't even get it up for them. I have zero desire to ever see them again after three times.
Lifting sucks.
Boner problems spooked me into lifting 4 days a week. Still waiting on that sex drive boost.
After a really hard workout I mostly just feel like crying for some reason.
