I think I'm ready to be fit, and I'm going to trial exercise and no-fap next week and see if I can work some schedule or something out. I've been doing some push-ups and taking long walks as of a few days ago, but what's the best way for a skinny guy like me to go from nothing to at least something by the end of next week?
Also, I'm unemployed, so I have plenty of disposable time and basically no income.

if you don't have access to a gym, you're probably going to be stuck doing bodyweight unless you have stuff you can lift around the house. look into bodyweight progressions and find a place where you can do pull ups and dips
