I need to be able to run a mile and a half in six weeks and I can't even run 300 meters without getting winded.
I've decided that I'm going to run as much as I can every other day, but what can I do on the in-between days?
Are squats a good substitute? I'm strong, and can pump out 200 quick squats easy. Running is honestly my only weakness. Situps, pushups, jumping, lifting, etc. are all super fucking easy for me unless I'm using a lot of weight.
