All while cutting hard. Good feel

After a week? On a deficit? Probably had more to do with your form than any changes in muscle
>>42566170
potentially. more likely that rest and fatigue was involved more than form.

You use fat as energy. Literally everyone makes gains on a cut. Even elite athletes make very small gains while cutting.

You can gain very small amounts of muscle on a cut if your diet is perfect, you aren't cutting fast, and you aren't an advanced lifter.
145x1 to 145x5 in a couple days is probably form though.
>Cutting
>7 months
>300 to 325lbs
>OHP 65lbs x 8reps to 140x5
>Bench 95x8 to 225x4
>Squat 95x10 to 245x5
>Diddlies 135x8 to 365x3
My squat blows. I'm front squatting every day now to get further.
