I've been doing GSLP for 7 months now. How ok/bad am I doing, what can do to improve? Do I need to do a new program?

Because I'm only doing it once per week, and I can't always get the 10 reps to double the weight increase.

I did strongliftfs 5*5 for 9 months and my number were:
>60kg OHP
>90kg Bench
>130kg squat
>160kg Deadlift
AxBxAxxBxAxBxx
A = Squat, Bench, Barbell Row
B = Squat, OHP, Deadlift
For accessories I just did dips chin ups and pull ups. But add some calf raises in there (every day) because having chicken drumstick legs isn't sexy.
