What's your FFMI percentile? FFMI is basically like BMI except it only counts non-fat mass. Use this to calculate your FFMI:

Then use pic related to find your percentile, i.e. what fraction of the population you're better than. For reference, FFMI 25 is about the natty limit, unless you're obese.
I'm at 25.06, so somewhere above 95%ile

5'8" 190lbs 14% bodyfat gives me a 25 FFMI, which I think is a little high, I got dense bones or some shit because I do not look like 190 (legs are almost T. rex mode :(
