been trying to hit 3 plate deadlift for reps but my grip just cant b doin with that weight and i'm scared of tearing my bicep with mixed grip although it's what i've been using in the mean time...
i ordered some wrist straps but i'm kind of embarrassed to use them at the gym wat do i already wear goofy clean ass all white shoes and i have big feet so i'm self conscious of that too
Never deadlift more than you can grip double overhand
Very simple
Train grip
Use chalk if not already
Try hook grip

Hook grip. Seriously. This video helped me go from being able to pull 135 hook grip with lots of pain to pulling 315 hook grip "comfortably."
