put metal spring around shaft and down the length of it, at least 80% as long as shaft, should be pretty tight around it so it can not bend and warp in odd ways when tightened down
get nut that can thread into shaft
tighten bolt against spring
then untighten it
do this is literally every day, marking where you last got to with a marker that can be rubbed off if needed

this shit burns my forearms like made. lots of repetition, only gets harder as you go
this with bar hangs, holding the weight as long as you can get the top of your deadlifts, and rack pulls build mass well. farmerwalks aren't bad either

I do farmer walks, rack pulls and reverse curls for isolation

Farmers walks put a lot of stress on your forearms. Pullups work them more than chins, so do them. You dont really need to isolate forearms specifically. I mean, you dont really need to isolate anything anyway, isolation stuff is only worthwhile for some assistance work after doing your main work for the day.
