I kinda doubt that calculator works well. You can improve your >muh 1RM by the same amount by training like a powerlifter (which doesn't build much muscle) or by training like a bodybuilder (which does), so IDK how that calculator could be accurate

yeah sounds fair. it's fairly hard to estimate your bodyfat though, the calculator put me at 10.3% but i'm probably around 11-12
