anyone else skinny fat with fat friends?
I'm on a leaning program, which means I'm eating clean and at a slight deficit. I've never been much of a fast food eater, or a soda junkie, so eating relatively clean isn't hard, but beer is my weakness.
Anyway, how do you guys manage when all your friends are fat and want to eat fatass foods. It's hard to stay strick when they're like, "Hey man pass the doritos...oh let's just casually eat ice cream, and "tomorrow you wanna eat pizza?"
I plan on occasionally eating but the problem is that their food which lacks nutrients is a common everyday thing.
It sucks cause going out and being social usually accompanies food.
Getting friends is a mistake. It's a social activity. I think I'm gonna try and make some friends with gym bros

desu you have to say no when presented with food. It sucks but there will be times when they are all eating ice cream while you have to watch. Ive done the same and now im not a fatty but they still are. You can do it my dude. As for the beer just watch the intake or cut it out if you can.
