I'm not sure if I should be happy or scared, /fit/.
There's some research that shows that men on a hypocaloric diet actually increase muscle gain when lifting. Keep in mind these studies are few and far between, buy I suppose it makes sense. If you're not catching food, better make a huge effort to improve your chances at catching since things aren't working out.
