Im stalling out on all my lifts besides deadlift and was looking for routine suggestions
Squat:highest was 165
Deadlift:205
Bench:145
I've deloaded around a thousand times and have been eating at a surplus any tips to break the plateau would be appreciated
Low weight high reps.
Heavy singles.
Sleep more.
Find out what part of your body is shitty and focus on building that muscle groups strength.
I also do swim in the morning for a team but I am getting hours of rest in between these swim and weight sessions

6sets of 4 on Thursday for squats
Same for bench on different days
Any routines?
